Sturdy, intense, extracted and complex, with dense earthy currant, sage, cedar and mint flavors. Mount Veeder reds can be rugged, and even with an added year in bottle this is open-throttle. Very nicely done in a classic Mount Veeder style. Begs for more time. Best from 2014 through 2028.
